Jack helped us by replacing a faulty part in our new homes (very old) stopcock. He turned up on time, did a brilliant job, and went above and beyond to get (what turned out to be) an unexpectely more difficult job done properly and efficiently. He was both reasonably priced and professional. The next time a job like this needs doing we know who we'll be turning to. Would highly recommend to anyone in need!
